We have specific and measurable goals for how we will impact each SDG, and we make decisions based on the impact they will have on the goals. We are also transparent about our progress and share our results with others.

Here are some specific examples of how we are putting the goals first:

• Developing and delivering products and services that help our customers to achieve their own sustainability goals.

Programs to Impact SDG for Our Employees and Communities

In addition to the above, we also have programs in place to help our employees and their communities have access to food, healthcare, clean water, affordable solar, and recycling. These programs include:

SDG 1: No Poverty: 

We provide fair wages and benefits to all of our employees, and we work with our suppliers to ensure that they are also committed to paying fair wages.

SDG 2: Zero Hunger: 

We partner with local businesses to provide discounts to employees and their families to ensure food is always on the table. When necessary we fully subsidize food costs so there is not a day when employees and their famalies go hungry.

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being: 

We offer subsidized health care to all employees and their families especially around vaccinations, preventative care and medications.

SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation: 

We install water filters in all of our offices and facilities to ensure that our employees and visitors have access to clean drinking water.  We provide water filtration technologies and no or low cost for their homes as well.

SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy: 

We offer discounted solar panels and lighting to employees and their families. We also donate solar panels to community organizations and schools in underserved communities.

SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities: 

We work with our local communities to promote sustainable development and to improve the quality of life for all residents. This includes the establishment of internet hot spots which provide FREE, unmetered access to high speed internet for anyone 25 or younger who is in school.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production: 

We have a comprehensive recycling program in place at all of our offices and facilities. We also educate our employees about the importance of recycling and encourage them to recycle at home.

SDG 13: Climate Action: 

We are reducing our environmental impact by reducing our energy consumption, waste production, and greenhouse gas emissions.

SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions: 

We promote diversity and inclusion in our workplace and in the communities where we operate. We also support organizations that are working to build peace and justice in the world.
