Z57 Webinar Training

The Z57 Academy was a complete restructuring of Z57's Customer Service and Client Development departments. The goal was to improve customer satisfaction, increase client retention, and reduce churn by getting clients to engage more with the product. Z57's real estate agent customers wanted one thing: to sell homes. So that's what the Z57 Academy motivated and educated them to do.

MaximillianGroup collaborated with Z57 and its Customer Service Representatives to develop the content, and MaximillianGroup designed the presentations.
